Eligibility

Refunds are issued where we have failed to deliver work that meets the agreed brief, after a fair opportunity to revise. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind or where the brief was changed materially after work began.

Timeframes

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days.

How to request a refund

Email tutorsgallery@gmail.com with your order number and a clear explanation of why the work fell short. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
